Gloria Roheim
Gloria's internship was made possible through a grant from the University of Toronto Munk Centre for International Studies. Gloria has a BA in Political Science and Canadian Studies from McGill University and is an MA candidate in European, Russian and Eurasian Studies at the University of Toronto. She is fluent in English, French and Hungarian and has extensive overseas and domestic experience in project management, policy research and administration. Gloria has worked as an Executive and Policy Assistant in the Ministry of Finance in Ontario, as a project manager with the Kosovo Research Group and the Student Government Project in Montenegro, as an international English Teacher for International Liaison in Montreal and as an intern consultant for Ramboll Consortium in Budapest. As a student Gloria helped organize the Model United Nations conference, coordinated the Queer McGill Political Task Force and collaborated on the report for the McGill "Canada in the World" conference. She was also the winner of the honourable delegate award at the Canadian Model UN Conference. Gloria focuses on programme outreach and development and assists with research, writing and editing of the Canada's World background documents and online resources.
