David Eaves

David Eaves is a frequent speaker and commentator on Canadian public and foreign policy who publishes regularly in the Toronto Star and Globe and Mail. In 2004 he served as lead author of the Canada25 report "From Middle to Model Power: Recharging Canada's Role in the World" which brought the vision and voices of over 400 young Canadians to Canada's national debate on foreign policy

In addition to his public policy work David works as an expert in negotiation and public policy, David develops and implements collaborative negotiation strategies that enable organizations to maximize the value they generate with community members, partners, alliance members, customers, and suppliers. He has worked with leading companies across North America and Europe in a range of industries including financial services, healthcare, information technology, and telecommunications. In addition, David works with community groups, non-profits and government agencies consulting on negotiation strategy and public policy issues.
